• Place 1 spray (0.4 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongueat the first sign of an attack; no more than 3 sprays/15 minute period

Acute episode of anginal pain

• Place 1 spray (0.4 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongueat the first sign of an attack; no more than 3 sprays are recommendedwithin a 15 minute period.

• Place 1 spray (0.4 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongueat the first sign of an attack; no more than 3 sprays/15 minute period

• Place 2 sprays (0.8 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongue at the first sign of an attack; no more than 3 sprays are recommended within a 15 minute period.

Pre-exertional prophylaxis of anginal pain

• Place 1 spray (0.4 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongue5-10 minutes prior to activities which might precipitate an attack

• Place 2 sprays (0.8 mg) by translingual route onto or under the tongue 5-10 minutes prior to activities which might precipitate an attack
