Cardiovascular-Elderly are more sensitive to cardiovascular effects. Neuro/Psych-Risk of insomnia, confusion. Elderly may have increased sensitivity to CNS effects. Renal-May need to adjust dose with decreased renal function. Urogenital- Risk for urinary retention. Caution with prostatic hypertrophy.
