Neuro/Psych-Increased risk of CVA, TIA and all cause mortality in senile dementia. Risk of impaired psychomotor function, tardive dyskinesia. Cardiovascular-May cause orthostatic hypotension, dizziness. Titrate dosage upward slowly. QT prolongation risk.
