Acute coronary syndrome
- Inject 180 mcg/kg by intravenous route once as an iv bolus not to exceed 22.6 mg
- Infuse 2 mcg/kg/minute (nte 15 mg/hr) by continuous infusion route until discharge or start of surgery (duration max: 72 hrs)
PCI adjunct for thrombosis prevention
- Inject 180 mcg/kg by intravenous route once as an iv bolus not to exceed 22.6 mg
- Inject 180 mcg/kg by intravenous route once as an iv bolus not to exceed 22.6 mg; repeat bolus dose 10 minutes after first dose
- Infuse 2 mcg/kg/minute (nte 15 mg/hr) by continuous infusion route until discharge or for 18-24 hrs post pci (duration min:12 hr/max:96 hr)
