Cardiovascular-Orthostatic hypotension more frequent age >70 years and during the first few days of dosing. May predispose to increased falls. Avoid if syncope is due to orthostasis. Consider alternative agent if treating hypertension. Urogenital-May aggravate urinary incontinence in women,
