The following dosing information is available for INVELTYS (loteprednol etabonate):
Safety and efficacy of ophthalmic suspensions containing loteprednol etabonate alone or in fixed combination with tobramycin have not been established in children younger than 18 years of age.
Loteprednol etabonate alone or in fixed combination with tobramycin is applied topically to the eye as an ophthalmic suspension. The suspension should be shaken vigorously prior to use. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of the container.
