- Chronic idiopathic constipation
- Constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome
145 mcg capsule
- 1 capsule (145 mcg) by oral route once daily on an empty stomachat least 30 minutes before 1St meal of the day
290 mcg capsule
- 1 capsule (290 mcg) by oral route once daily on an empty stomachat least 30 minutes before 1St meal of the day
72 mcg capsule
- 1 capsule (72 mcg) by oral route once daily on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before 1St meal of the day
Chronic idiopathic constipation
- 1 capsule (72 mcg) by oral route once daily on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before 1St meal of the day
- 1 capsule (72 mcg) ;Sprinkle entire contents on small amount applesauce; immediately by oral route once daily on an empty stomachat least 30 minutes before 1St meal of the day
