Tenofovir Disoproxil
Renal-Adjust dosing interval for CrCL<50mL/min. Fixed dose combinations containing tenofovir are not appropriate if dose adjustment is required. Musculoskeletal-Decreases in bone mineral density have been observed. Consider calcium and vitamin D3 supplementation.
