Eletriptan
Hepatic-Elderly patients are more likely to have decreased hepatic function thus potentially decreasing drug clearance. Cardiovascular-Hypertensive effects may be more pronounced in the elderly and increase the risk for cardiovascular events in those with cardiovascular disease. Avoid use of the drug in any patient with a cerebrovascular syndrome.
