- Symptomatic orthostatic hypotension
10 mg tablet
- 1 tablet (10 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
2.5 mg tablet
- 2 tablets (5 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
5 mg tablet
- 2 tablets (10 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
