Cardiovascular-Increased sensitivity to effects on blood pressure. Metabolic-More likely to develop hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, or hyponatremia. Endocrine-May exacerbate SIADH. May worsen glucose control in patients with diabetes. Renal-Not effective with CrCL < 30mL/min.
