20 mg/mL (1 mL) intravenous solution
- Inject 30 mg/m2 over 3-5 minute(s) by intravenous route every 7 days for 6 weeks of each 7-week treatment cycle
40 mg/2 mL (20 mg/mL) intravenous solution
- Inject 30 mg/m2 over 3-5 minute(s) by intravenous route every 7 days for 6 weeks of each 7-week treatment cycle
